Turnkey RFID solutions integrator · Central America

Your system says one thing. Your operation says another.

RFID closes that gap: every physical movement enters your ERP on its own, no typing. We don't replace your systems — we power them.

Where operations hurt

Do any of these sound familiar?

The physical operation generates events faster than manual capture can record.

Inventories that don't add up

Physical and book inventory never match — and every cycle count adjustment confirms it.

Receiving always behind

What arrives at the store takes days to get recorded — and meanwhile, it doesn't sell.

Sales lost to invisible inventory

The product exists, but it sits in the stockroom instead of the display. The customer leaves without buying.

Returnables and contents out of control

Pallets, crates and cylinders circulate with no trace — and nobody knows what's inside them.

Asset theft

Assets disappear without a trace — and the loss surfaces months later, at count time.

Identification that can be forged

Near-identical assets nobody can tell apart — and barcodes or markings anyone can copy.

If you recognized yourself in more than one, the 30-minute diagnostic pays for itself.

Solutions

We don't just sell hardware. We design measurable operational control.

Every solution includes hardware, software and integration with your ERP, WMS or TMS: RAIN RFID (UHF) tags, readers, portals, handhelds and middleware.

Store inventory count with a handheld RFID reader

Store chains & distribution centers

From DC to store, in one country or several: merchandise validated at every link, no boxes opened.

Stacked reusable containers with RFID tags

Reusable containers

Pallets, plastic crates and cylinders traced across the chain — with or without their contents associated.

Corporate office with RFID-tagged fixed assets

Fixed assets

Who has what, where and in what condition — an auditable record, not a spreadsheet.

Truck fleet in a distribution center yard

Fleet assets

Tires, on-board computers and batteries with per-vehicle history: rotations, retreads and cost per kilometer.

RFID-tagged assets followed through a production process

Assets in process

Any asset tagged and followed through its process: orders, lots and WIP visible at every stage.

The Tyr & Syn difference

Your systems already work. We make them see reality.

We don't replace your ERP or WMS: we amplify them. Every physical movement flows in on its own — no typing, no massive IT project.

A barcode can be photocopied in seconds; the serial burned into an RFID chip is practically impossible to duplicate. No one can fake a count. And since hundreds are read at once, controlling inventory costs a fraction of what it does today.

Industries & use cases

Where losing visibility costs money.

Fashion store with RFID-controlled inventory

Retail & fashion

The whole store counted in minutes. Fewer size stockouts and omnichannel sales on real inventory.

Cold-chain food crates with sensor RFID tags

Food & cold chain

Crates and returnables on route. And temperature & humidity sensor tags: know if the cold chain was compromised, at very low cost.

Manufacturing plant with RFID lot and process control

Manufacturing & textile

WIP, lots and rework under control.

Construction site warehouse with RFID-tagged tools and materials

Construction & industry

Count tools and materials without moving them: at these volumes, scanning one by one isn't viable.

Results

Operations that already closed the gap.

Under confidentiality agreements we publish cases without names — with the problem and the result intact.

Bulk-cargo port terminal · Access control

Access stopped being a logbook: every entry is a verifiable event.

Hundreds of trucks a day, continuous operation and secure-trade certifications paper couldn't sustain. Vehicles identify at a distance, without stopping.

Export apparel manufacturer · WIP

"Where is my order?" gets answered on screen, not by walking the plant.

Millions of garments a year crossing knitting, cutting, sewing and packing. Each lot logs its own progress the moment it happens — no after-the-fact typing.

Implementation method

From process assessment to deployment.

Controlled pilots to validate impact before scaling. It doesn't start with buying equipment.

  1. 1

    Operational diagnostic

We review process, assets and the points where control is lost.

  2. 2

    Solution design

We define tags, readers, software and KPIs.

  3. 3

    Controlled pilot

We validate reading, operation and value before scaling.

  4. 4

    Integration & rollout

We connect to your ERP, WMS or TMS. And we stay: support and continuous improvement.

Typical architecture

From the tag to the business indicator.

Walk the path of every read.

1 · RFID tag

Every asset gets a unique identity. The tag is chosen by material, environment and process.

Who's behind this

25 years watching operations up close — from Hong Kong to Panama.

Edgar Pineda — electronics and computer science engineer, MBA, with entrepreneurship training at Harvard Business School — was Chief Commercial Officer of the Hutchison Ports terminals in Panama, one of the world's largest port operators. He has seen logistics operations up close across Latin America, the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

TYR & SYN was born from a problem he saw at those terminals: container security depended on seals anyone could defeat. The answer was RFID.

That's why an equipment salesman doesn't show up at your diagnostic: someone who has run operations from the other side of the table does — and will tell you straight whether RFID is right for you or not.

44 seconds of track record — ports, trade shows and deployments around the world.

Next step

Before quoting equipment, let's find where RFID creates real control.

If we don't find at least one money leak, we'll tell you: RFID isn't for you. Limited slots per month.
